Karnataka, May 9 – In a major step forward for veterinary care in India, Transduceideas Technologies LLP officially launched Petologist, a smart, tech-enabled veterinary platform aimed at transforming how animal healthcare is delivered across the country.
The platform was unveiled at a prestigious ceremony by Karnataka’s Minister for Science and Technology, N.S. Boseraju, and Dr. Ashok S. Alur, Vice Chancellor of Kodagu University. The launch event celebrated the intersection of technology, sustainable farming, and animal welfare.

Backed by India’s Top Agricultural Program
Petologist has been incubated under the RKVY-RAFTAAR Agribusiness Incubation Scheme, a flagship initiative by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. It is supported by the Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI)—one of the oldest and most prestigious veterinary institutions in the country, dating back to 1889.
IVRI plays a key role in vaccine research, disease control, and animal science education in India, making it the ideal partner to nurture a platform like Petologist.
Exclusive Karnataka Launch – National Rollout Coming Soon
The platform is currently in a “soft launch” phase, available only to a select group of veterinarians and clinics in Karnataka. This limited rollout will help fine-tune the features based on user feedback before expanding across India.
In the future, Petologist will be open to all pet owners, farmers, and veterinary professionals throughout the country.
